Howards Opticians changes hands
AN opticians based in St Helens has been sold for £300,000.
Howards Opticians was bought by Stuart and Lisa Wilson through their S&L Wilson vehicle. Forbes Solicitors advised on the deal.

“As well as corporate advice, the transaction required specialist advice on employment and property issues, and therefore the advantage of having solicitors within those areas allowed the quick turnaround of the transaction.”
Mr Wilson worked alongside the owner of Howards Opticians for a number of years. The vendors were represented by Peter Blackledge of Tickle Hall Cross.
