Roundhouse unveils incentives for Chorley North scheme

ROUNDHOUSE Properties has unveiled a new rental incentive for its industrial units at Chorley North Business Park.
The property firm will offer units 3 and 4 at the site for £1 per sq ft for the first year of a new tenancy agreement. The units, which are next to junction 8 of the M61, recently underwent a £50,000 refit.
Harold Lefton, director of Roundhouse Properties, said: “Undoubtedly, we are operating in a tough property market and we must continually look at ways we can attract new tenants.
“By providing good quality accommodation, a management service that is personal and understanding, complemented by a financial incentive such as this, we believe that we’ll see a positive level of interest.
“Chorley North is a fantastic location to operate from – particularly because of its excellent motorway links and the property will suit a variety of uses.”
The business park is already home to businesses such as Sunlight and Prismo. Joint letting agents for the scheme are King Sturge and Preston-based Bailey, Deakin & Hamiltons.
