Genesis buys rival

BURY-based Genesis Communications has acquired a rival software business, Increase CRM.

Genesis said the deal had created the UK’s leading provider of hosted Microsoft Dynamics CRM services – the software giant’s customer relationship management package.

The acquisition, for an undisclosed sum, will allow Genesis to combine this increased strength with its existing range of hosted services such as Microsoft Sharepoint, Microsoft Exchange and Office Communication Server.
