Property Tectonics picks up housing association

PROPERTY Tectonics, based in Manchester, has been appointed to survey thousands of homes for the Glasgow Housing Association.

The company will assess those homes waiting for improvements and the opportunities to increase energy efficiency for each site. Glasgow Housing Association manages around 82,000 properties.

Property Tectonics is working with Scottish surveyor Graham & Sibbald on the project, using IT tools that mean the data can be analysed on the housing association’s own systems.

Malcolm Thomas, Property Tectonics associate director, said: “We are delighted to be working with Glasgow Housing Association as it delivers its huge challenge of providing quality housing services to the local community.”
