Record results at B2B International
MARKET research agency B2B International has revealed a record hike in turnover.
The Manchester-based firm, which has offices in the US and China, said annual sales have risen to £3.3m – the twelth consecutive year of growth.
Business development and finance director Matthew Harrison said the rise in turnover is a result of its expansion into the US and Chinese markets over the past three years.
He said: “This has brought us nearer both to our customers and to our research respondents, increasing our client service and product quality.”
Managing director Nick Hague added that the group is cautiously optimistic. He said: “It would be unrealistic to think that we would remain completely unaffected by this economic downturn.
“However, we remain extremely optimistic that, by continuing to listen to the needs of our clients and respondents, we will come through the recession and be well placed for impressive growth in the future.”
