NEW ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR FOR CHESHIRE ACCOUNTANTS

CHESHIRE ACCOUNTANTS, Afford Bond, have just announced the appointment of a new associate director, Tom Hornbuckle (34) based at their Wilmslow office.

Tom joined Afford Bond in 2017 after qualifying as a chartered accountant (ACA) in 2009. He gained experience at a mid-tier firm before going on to lead a strategic analysis team at a FTSE250 organisation. Tom has a proven track record in advising owner-managed businesses on achieving their objectives. He currently works across a variety of industries and draws on a breadth of knowledge, including audit, accounts, corporate finance and financial due diligence.

As part of his role, Tom guides clients to challenge their figures enabling them to move their businesses forward and make positive informed decisions for their marketplace with usually impressive results. Never one to stand still, in his spare time Tom is also Treasurer for a local disability charity and is teaching his son (6) the joys of his favourite pastimes – cricket and golf!
