Umega buys into Dundee with Easylets deal
Edinburgh-based residential property manager Umega has acquired a majority stake in Easylets, a Dundee-based lettings and property management platform.
Founded in 2007 by Andy Whitmey and Neil McInnes, Umega has grown from 50 properties under management at inception to more than 2,500 today, through organic growth and an acquisition programme spanning five completed transactions since 2015.
