Avant Homes submits plans for second phase of £91m, 343 new-home Blindwells development
Avant Homes Scotland has submitted planning to deliver the second phase of its £91.5m, 343 new-home development at Blindwells, near Tranent.
The proposed £43.5m, 169-home second phase, which will be called Althamer Gardens, will follow on from the house builder’s current £48m, 174-home Althamer View development.
