CBRE makes new home for four from JLL as it expands residential offer

Adam Greenwood, CBRE

CBRE has taken four people from JLL to create a residential valuation team in its Bristol office.

Senior director Adam Greenwood will lead the team, which will include three former JLL colleagues – director Kate Hollick, associate director Lauren Baddeley, and assistant surveyor Klaudia Gorz – and associate director Steph Passey, who moves over from CBRE’s development and residential capital markets team.

The new team will provide valuation and advisory support of the residential market, including single-family housing, build-to-rent, affordable housing, development advice, and student accommodation.

Richard Eames, executive director of valuation and advisory, said: “There is growing demand from clients in need of support in all aspects of the living sector.

“By creating a dedicated team that is focused on this specific market, we can offer specialist support across the region. The team will work alongside our well-established and successful existing commercial valuation team and will be able to draw on that expertise where needed.”

This expansion positions CBRE with the largest residential valuation team in the region.
