Financial services firm appoints chief marketing officer

Financial services company SunLife has announced the appointment of Victoria Heath as its new chief marketing officer.

Mark Screeton, chief executive at SunLife, said: “Victoria really stood out in the recruitment process, which was run by the Phoenix Group Talent Acquisition team and attracted over 120 strong candidates. Her vast experience in the financial services industry and customer-focused attitude make her a great fit for our leadership team.”

Victoria joins SunLife from Vanquis Bank, bringing with her over 20 years of strategic marketing experience including developing innovative customer propositions, brand strategy, digital optimisation and driving commercial growth with dynamic banking and insurance businesses.

She also brings significant financial services experience including Head of Marketing for Esure and Virgin Money, having started her career within marketing at RBS and Tesco Bank.
