Law firm strengthens its Cornish team
Law firm Charles French Solicitors has strengthened its Cornwall-based team with two strategic appointments, and an internal promotion.
Helen Sennett joins as an associate whilst Rachael Ash is appointed residential conveyancer Executive. Ben Birkett is promoted to director in the residential and commercial property team.
After a brief hiatus, Helen returns to Charles French’s Truro office as an Associate, to further strengthen the commercial property team. Helen has extensive experience in commercial property law, and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise, together with a deep understanding of the local market. With a particular focus on development work, Helen offers valuable advice to developers, landowners, and investors at all stages of the development lifecycle from acquisition to disposal, including option agreements, development finance and infrastructure agreements.
Bringing a wealth of knowledge, Rachael joins the company as an experienced conveyancer. Within her new role, Rachael will specialise in all aspects of residential conveyancing including sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and affordable housing. Rachael will be based at Charles French Solicitors Newquay office.
Previously an Associate, as Director, Ben will form part of the senior leadership team as well as continuing to advise on a wide range of residential and commercial property matters.
