Property firm takes on four new hires as it expands across the South West

Property firm Cushman & Wakefield has made four hires in its Bristol team to strengthen its presence in the South West.

Henry de Teissier has joined as UK Logistics & Industrial Partner from JLL, where he spent the last six years working in its Bristol team.

He will be responsible for leading Cushman & Wakefield’s South West logistics and industrial team, providing strategic advice to the firm’s investor and occupier clients across the region.

Roland Leitch and Emma Milk have joined the firm’s valuation and advisory team as surveyors, specialising in commercial mortgages and healthcare, respectively.

Jack Maskell has been appointed as a graduate building surveyor in the project and development services team, which is responsible for managing project scope, schedule, and budgets for clients.

Alongside the new hires, Matt Bird has also been promoted to roving facilities manager in asset services, managing various retail and mixed-use properties across the South West region.
