Business of the Year Awards to recognise region’s start ups

Our Business of The Year Awards is recognising companies and organisations in 13 separate categories.

And one of the most important categories is the one which recognises and rewards firms at the very beginning of their journey.

Start-ups in many ways are the lifeblood of the economy and help to keep the business sector moving forward.

And the early years of any business can also be one of the most challenging as it looks to establish itself and grow its customer base and reputation.

Our awards have been created to celebrate the very best business successes from across the region.

We want to hear from anyone who is at the beginning of their business journey and is looking to raise its profile.

The shortlisted companies are innovating, disrupting and thriving – and will showcase their achievements at November’s awards night.A rigorous judging process will see all of the companies visited by members of our judging panel, before a shortlisting process.

Each company on the shortlist will then be invited to pitch why they should win an award, with the winners revealed at the black-tie dinner at the Bristol Harbour Hotel in Bristol.

The Business of the Year Awards are being sponsored by law firm Michelmores and Partners & and the winners will be announced at a glittering ceremony in central Bristol in November.
