A  software engineering firm based in Plymouth has been acquired by a national operator.

CACI has acquired Plymouth-based IT firm Rowe IT for an undisclosed amount.

Established in 1975, CACI provides data and technology services and systems to customers in the UK and overseas.

Rowe IT is a software engineering, systems integration, data analytics and cloud technologies provider to the public sector was set up in 2008.
