Corporate lawyer joins Somerset team

Corporate lawyer Adam Connors has joined law firm Clarke Willmott LLP as an associate in its Taunton office.

Adam advises on corporate matters from company incorporation and shareholder agreements through to fundraisings, acquisitions

and disposals.

He joins Clarke Willmott after nine years with one of the largest international equity crowdfunding companies, where he advised on over 1,700 investment rounds raising more than £1bn.

Kirill Bingham, who heads up the corporate team at Clarke Willmott in Taunton, said: “The Taunton office is continuing on its growth trajectory and as part of this we are delighted to welcome Adam on board.

“He has a range of skills and experience that will bolster and complement the work of myself and Tom Potts, my fellow corporate partner.”
