Ground broken on enterprise park scheme
Commercial property developer Onyx Business Parks has broken ground at Roundswell Enterprise Park in Barnstaple.
The development, located near the North Devon Link Road, aims to provide high-quality business units for start-ups and SMEs.
They aim to build to the BREEAM Excellent benchmark and provide flexible space of between 1,000-20,000 sq ft.
John Delve, commercial manager at ONYX Business Parks, said: “We are excited to witness another major project milestone after the recent completion of the ground stabilisation works to the site.
“With construction of the new business park well under way, we are on track to complete ready for handover in July next year.”
Most of the units at the new estate have now been reserved.
The scheme is positioned next to the A39 between Barnstaple and Bideford, with links to the junction 27 of the M5.
