Specialist energy investor plugs in first acquistion

A specialist investor has made its first acquisition after agreeing a deal for Gloucester-based Roxon Electrical.

Albion Lepus has been set up to acquire businesses providing renewable energy and energy efficiency solutions. It will then look to provide clients with the opportunity to save on electricity and gas.

Roxon Electrical is a solar panel specialist and electrical contractor operating across the South West and West Midlands since 2007.

Stuart Homewood, chief executive of Albion Lepus, said: “We are incredibly pleased to take on this exciting business and its brilliant team.”

Roxon Electrical will benefit from shared resources and expertise, driving further efficiencies and innovation in the industry.
