Law firm gets double recognition for successes in improving LGBTQ+ inclusivity

Bristol law firm TLT has achieved a double recognition from LGBTQ+ charity Stonewall acknowledging the firm’s success in improving LGBTQ+ inclusivity.

For the second year in a row, TLT has received a Gold award following its submission to Stonewall’s Workplace Quality Index – a competitive tool that organisations can use to benchmark and measure their LGBTQ+ inclusion practices.

In addition, for the first time the firm was ranked in Stonewall’s Top 100 Employers List for 2023 – the UK’s leading inclusivity ranking of employers from public, private and third sectors.
