Bristol city centre office building welcomes first tenants after £13m refurb

Engineering consultants AECOM and consultancy firm DNV are the first tenants to join the refurbished office space at 3 Rivergate in the Temple Quay area of Bristol.

3 Rivergate is a comprehensively refurbished building of 75,000 sq ft, with deals already completed including Aecom taking 15,124 sq ft and DNV 11,261 sq ft.

A further 10,524 sq ft is currently under offer, leaving 48,615 sq ft on the ground, second and third floor available.

CBRE is advising the landlord as project managers and acting jointly with LSH as leasing agents.
