Kitchenware brand cooks up growth plans with new retail director

Joe Pennington has been hired by kitchenware brand ProCook, which is headquartered in Gloucester, as retail director.

With an extensive background in the retail sector, Pennington brings with him a wealth of experience and a strong track record of leadership and store expansion.

The company said Pennington’s appointment marks a significant step forward in ProCook’s commitment to retail innovation and customer engagement. As the brand continues to expand its footprint, his leadership will be instrumental in shaping the future of ProCook’s retail operations.

With a successful career in the retail sector, Pennington held key roles at renowned brands such as Ralph Lauren, Topshop/Topman, White Stuff, and most recently has spent the last eight years with Charles Tyrwhitt.

In his new role, Pennington will oversee the company’s retail strategy, enhancing the in-store experience and supporting ProCook’s ambitious store expansion plans.
