Fast growing design agency adds PR division

Emma Hart

A creative and design agency has launched new public relations division.

Wiltshire firm Resolution Design will work with its clients to offer a public relations service.

Newly appointed communications manager Emma Hart will lead the PR accounts. Reporting to the managing director Richard Jaggs Emma has worked with large organisations including John Lewis and Laura Ashley, as well as smaller boutique communication firms.

The new division will work closely with clients in a range of sectors including homes, interiors, hospitality and leisure to deliver first-class PR campaigns.

Emma is currently working with Axford Interiors to increase brand awareness and raise its profile with its targeted customers.

Offering traditional and digital PR and communications services that include press relations, content creation and social media management, the new PR division will join branding, website design, application development and a full range of digital marketing services.

Richard Jaggs said: “We are growing as a business and in 2022 our turnover increased by 16 per cent with a reasonable profit margin.

“We specialise in supporting start-ups and growing SMEs, and it seems a natural step for us to venture into PR and Communications. There is a healthy demand from our clients who want to have the full marketing package integrated with one agency.”

Emma Hart said: “I am delighted to be joining the team and heading up the PR division. Not only am I determined to achieve results for our clients, but also to highlight the skills and talents from Resolution Design.

“Located in the heart of Wiltshire, we are well placed to work with brands and businesses from all over the South West and up to London.”

Resolution Design offices are based in Devizes and clients include Axford Interiors, Haine & Smith Opticians and Say Something In. The agency has recently celebrated its 15th anniversary.
