Boutique investment firm lands property heavyweight

A well-known figure on Bristol’s property scene has joined a boutique investment firm.

Simon Bennett, who has worked at JLL since 1996, has taken up a role with Altitude Investments.

Simon will be working as a director of capital markets across various sectors.

He already works with a wide range of clients, including high net worth individuals, developers, property companies, trusts and institutions.

These include CBREIM, Mayfair Capital, OLIM, Threadneedle and Robert Hitchins. With more than 27 years of specialist investment experience, he has a thorough understanding of the sector with deep-rooted relationships across all aspects of capital markets.
