Plymouth Argyle FC proposes redundancies to stem losses following relegation
Up to 20 roles are under threat at Plymouth Argyle as the League One football club looks to address significant financial losses after its relegation from the Championship.
The restructure comes following accounts lodged with Companies House in December showed owner Simon Hallett lent the club £9.8m after it dropped from the Championship last season.
The club had a record wage bill of around £18m in its final Championship season but is facing a significant reduction in broadcast revenue after falling to League One.
