Recruitment firm reveals national growth plans
Cheltenham-based recruitment firm Adjacency is marking a decade in business with an office move, a relaunched division and business purchase, as well as further plans for expansion.
Since the firm was founded in 2013, Adjacency has specialised in early management to board-level appointments.
Adjacency currently works with clients across the UK and in recent years have placed candidates across Europe, Scandinavia and the USA. As part of its growth strategy, the company has relocated its head office within the regency building Darwin House in Cheltenham. The move will accommodate the expansion of its workforce.
Adjacency Executive Search – its headhunt division – will be relaunched in September 2023 together with yet to be announced acquisition news.

This year has been full of change, with founding partner Joe Graham taking a step away from Adjacency to pursue a new career. Looking ahead, Adjacency envisions a future marked by geographical expansion. The company plans to expand its presence into new locations, signalling its commitment to enhancing its reach and providing localised expertise.
