Bristol lawyers advise satellite communication firm’s acquisition

Bristol-based lawyers from the law firm Osborne Clarke advised Telespazio UK, in acquiring e2E Group, a UK space systems engineering and consultancy group.

Telespazio UK, a subsidiary of Telespazio provides systems and engineering support to various clients, including the European Space Agency and national defence customers.

e2E Group brings expertise in satellite communications engineering, enhancing Telespazio UK’s capabilities in delivering space-enabled services.

Telespazio UK received guidance from the defence, security, and aerospace team at Osborne Clarke, led by corporate partner Damocles Merry.

The team, located in the Bristol office, included Rebecca Ewing, Adam Turner, Olivier Jacquelin, and Shauna Poole, providing comprehensive support for the advisory process.
