New Bath development comes onto market
Property firm Knight Frank is marketing a new development in Bath.
Westmoreland View is a development of two and three-bedroom houses from developer Marvel 4 Property with prices starting at £450,000.
The development is within walking distance of the city centre and railway station.
It has been built with a modern interpretation of a classic Bath residence in mind to provide modern open-plan accommodation in the centre of the city.
The design has also allowed four of the properties to have their own screened roof terraces.
James Dredge, associate at Knight Frank’s Bath New Homes Team said: “Interest in these properties has been strong since they were recently launched.
“These carefully designed homes lend themselves well to first time buyers looking to purchase in the city, as well as families wanting to buy for their children while they are studying at the university. The choice of colour scheme, fixtures and fittings, as well as the outside space, complements the modern
Oliver Barkley, managing director at Marvel 4 Property added: “This has been an exciting project for us, with the purchase and refurbishment of the existing property and the build of four new houses adjacent to it. Bath’s beautiful architecture is renowned and we were careful to ensure that our new homes would reflect that in their design.”
