Pension and governance specialist announces raft of promotions
Independent Governance Group (IGG) has announced promotions for 18 colleagues, including two new trustee directors, following a successful year of expansion.

Ball, with over 30 years of experience, is a fully accredited trustee and qualified actuary in the pensions industry. Roberts, based in Bristol, is a professional trustee with over 28 years of experience across various pension schemes.

Effective from December 1, promotions also include Jake Churchill, Hannah Cosgrove, Sharon Hancock, Thi Bang Hoang, Joe Porter, and Dominic Thurlow as trustee managers; Suraj Gandecha, James Hudson, Joseph Ireland, and Daniel Leader as senior associates; and Sena Erkas, Dominic Marr, and Philippa Wilson as associates.
Tais De Quieroz is promoted to head of human resources, a newly created role to shape recruitment and retention strategies as IGG enters its second year of operations.
Andrew Bradshaw, chief executive officer, said: “In a year where IGG has gone from strength to strength, I am pleased to recognise the hard work of our team with this latest round of promotions. Our people show real commitment to our clients and to delivering the highest standards expected of governance specialists.
“Prioritising people and embracing diversity are two of our core values which drive the business forward. It is a pleasure to lead a diverse, dynamic and motivated team and I’m continually impressed by what our people bring to IGG and clients and their contributions to the pensions industry more broadly.”
