Housebuilder competes £10m development in Bournemouth

The AJC Group, a housebuilder and developer based in Dorset, has concluded its £10m Sonnet development situated on the  West Cliff in Bournemouth.

Offering sea views, this five-story project comprises 14 two and three-bedroom apartments, and more than half of them have already been sold.

Commencing construction in December 2021, the project reached completion in November. Currently, 50 per cent of the apartments have been sold, leaving only seven available. The remaining units are priced between £555,000 and £825,000, with the largest apartment exceeding 1000 sq ft.

This luxury apartment building has been sensitively designed to be in keeping with the historic local surroundings, and is one of the first new developments on the West Cliff, with easy access to seven miles of white sandy beaches as well as the newly refurbished The Nici Hotel.
