‘Rare’ Malvern development plots hit the market

Development plots close to Malvern Technology Centre and Malvern Hills Science Park have come to the market, offering businesses the opportunity to build their own purpose-built premises.

Worcestershire-based commercial property consultancy and Chartered Surveyors GJS Dillon has been appointed to market the freehold sites, which range from one to four acres.

“Freehold business and industrial units are particularly sought after by high tech companies looking to relocate to Malvern to benefit from the industry cluster surrounding QinetiQ and other large technology companies based in and around the town,” says Andrew Lewis, associate director at GJS Dillon.

“This is a very rare opportunity for growing local companies, or those looking to move into the area, to plan for their future expansion, by buying a site and developing their own purpose built premises.”

Located adjacent to paper manufacturer ESP’s premises on Blackmore Park, all the development sites are supplied with utilities and are accessed by a fully serviced estate road which is already in place.

“If they wish we can put interested parties in touch with an architect and cost consultants to advise on the construction and cost of bespoke new build commercial premises,” added Lewis.
