Car sales company drives towards £4m turnover

A family-run car sales firm is heading for £4m turnover in its third year of trading.

Find & Finance, based in Aldridge, has launched a recruitment drive in response to its rapid growth.

Until now the firm has been a four-person, family firm, but director Mike Kirby said he hoping to have a team of 10 before the end of the year.

“We have a new vehicle inspector who has started and we are recruiting for two new business development managers and marketing executives,” he said.

“We want to grow the sales team further to take the business to the next level and by November we want to have a team of 10.”

Kirby said the firm had recorded a £1.5m turnover in year two and was headed for £4.1m in year three.

“It just shows that we are offering what customers want. Our service is simple, safe and special – we find the vehicle you want, carry out all the necessary checks, negotiate on price and deliver to your door.

“It’s easy to be swayed by massive marketing budgets of major new online suppliers – but you really can’t beat the human touch. We’re a young team with a commitment to excellence.
