City residential scheme completes 100% sold

Birmingham’s first hotel-serviced residential development has completed with all apartments already sold out off-plan.
St Martin’s Place by developer SevenCapital features 228 one, two, and three-bedroom apartments along with private residents amenities including a gym, cinema room, bookable meeting room and WiFi lounge.
Located adjacent to the four star Park Regis Hotel, the development is also the first in the city – and one of only a handful in the country, that offers hotel services to its residents; with these services being provided by Switch Hospitality Management which runs the Park Regis.
The development completed last month.
Charlotte Thursfield, operations director at SevenCapital, said: “Being able to complete with all apartments already sold demonstrates that demand for city centre homes remains strong, despite the alleged city exodus prompted by the pandemic last year.
“It also proves the increasing demand we’re seeing from residents and tenants for on-site amenities and services.
“We’ve seen this concept of hotel services provided for residential developments work already at One Hyde Park in London – which is serviced by the Mandarin Oriental Hotel. Whilst that is aimed at the very wealthy, we’ve brought this concept to Birmingham with St Martin’s Place and the Park Regis Hotel, and made it more accessible.
“We look forward to welcoming our remaining customers into their new apartments over the coming weeks.”
