Paper and cloud document management specialist expands into London

Chaffinch Document has announced its expansion into London, cementing its position as one of the fastest-growing record management businesses in the UK.

The paper and cloud document management specialist – which offers scanning, off-site document storage, shredding and cloud document management software – has opened an office at 20 Old Bailey near St Paul’s in central London.

Managing director Alastair Machin said: “Creating a presence in the city will enable us to meet the growing needs of our customers across the UK more effectively, whilst continuing to provide the highest levels of service.”

Chaffinch Document already operates in a variety of Midlands-based locations from head office in Staffordshire and in nearby Cheshire, Derbyshire and Shropshire.

The move comes two years after Chaffinch Document acquired Quantor Scanning. This enabled the business to boost its comprehensive suite of document management and digital transformation solutions.

Machin added: “This expansion would not have been possible without the support of our existing customers and partners, and we hope this move will help even more businesses to effectively manage their business-critical data, no matter where they are in the UK.
