Colliers announces seven promotions in Birmingham

Colliers has recognised seven employees in Birmingham through its annual promotions process.

Samantha Nicholls (Rating) has been promoted to director, Tom Arnold (Industrial & Logistics) has been promoted to associate director, Kier Guest, Joana Ma (Rating) and Kirsten Hald (Valuation & Advisory Services) have been promoted to senior surveyor.

Lynsey Ledgister (Rating) has been promoted to senior business support and Nathan Henry (Information Technology Services) has been promoted to business support.

James Cubitt, head of Colliers’ Birmingham office, said: “We have a rich tapestry of talent and personality in our Birmingham office and that is a testament to the vibrant culture we foster. Across the wider Colliers business, 67 people have been recognised in total, with 19 promoted to director, 22 to associate director, 12 to senior surveyor, 11 to senior business support roles, and three to business support.
