Property consultancy announces summer promotions

Property Consultancy Gerald Eve has announced its summer promotions and two have been achieved in the Birmingham office.
Skye Andrews has been promoted to associate in the lease consultancy team. She advises clients in the manufacturing, distribution, trade counter, car dealerships, car supermarkets, tyre and exhausts, and petrol filling stations focusing on lease consultancy issues, predominantly rent reviews, renewals, and lease restricting/regears across the Midlands. She also undertakes valuations.
Andrews advises occupier clients such as Wolseley, Dulux, Network Rail, Sims Metal Management, Johnsons, Ocado, Yodel, ATS and JLR. As well as landlord and fund clients such as Schroders, DTZI, Threadneedle and Prologis.
Jack Davies move up to associate in the Birmingham Business Rates team. He has a wealth experience of undertaking valuations ranging from the mainstream shops, offices and warehouses to universities, garden centres and large scale specialist manufacturing plants.
He has advised clients including Iceland, Universities of Wolverhampton, University of Keele, Stark and City Plumbing.
The promotions come as Gerald Eve expands its reach after becoming part of Newmark in March, and as the company reaffirms its commitment to sustainability, confirming that it became carbon neutral in the 2022/23 financial year and is on track to become carbon negative by 2027/28.
