Feridax revs into top gear with new adviser

A MOTORCYCLE accessories importer and wholesaler has appointed new accountants. Halesowen-based Feridax has selected Bishop Fleming Rabjohns in Worcester as auditors and tax advisers, following a national competitive review.
Feridax, which imports major motorcycle brands such as Shoei, Sidi, Caberg, and Abus – as well as its own brand of Spada, wanted an adviser which understood its business.
Bishop Fleming Rabjohns is already steeped in the automotive industry as it is adviser to Malvern-based Morgan Cars.
However, while Bishop Fleming Rabjohns has a long history of working with clients in the four-wheel sector, this is its first venture into the two-wheeled sector.
Anna White, Feridax‘s Finance Director, said: “We saw some impressive firms during our search process, but our choice of Bishop Fleming Rabjohns reflects the clear passion they demonstrate for working with successful owner managed businesses.
“Their recent merger with Bishop Fleming has strengthened the support they can provide us, with additional specialists to call on when we need them.”
Ian Smith, Partner in Charge of Bishop Fleming Rabjohns‘ Worcester office, said: “Anna, and the rest of the Feridax management team, have exciting plans for their business, and we are delighted to have been chosen to help those plans come to fruition. Introducing them to some of our existing clients has already led to some useful business for the company.”
