SAVILLS has let the last available unit at Century Retail Park in Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent, to B&M.

The variety retailer has agreed a new ten-year lease on the 21,000 sq ft store and will pay a rent of £14 per sq ft,equating to £294,000 per annum. The letting follows Sports Direct opening at the scheme last year.

The letting was made on behalf of a client of Standard Life Investments.

Century Retail Park is located off Etruria Road, close to Hanley town centre, and comprises four retail units with other tenants including Staples and Burger King.

Charlie Greenhalgh, out-of-town retail director at Savills, said: “We are pleased to have secured a letting to this popular national retailer and confident that B&M will complement the existing tenant mix at Century Retail Park well.”
