The West Midlands remains a hotbed of manufacturing excellence; from its illustrious history as a centre for the automotive industry to newer initiatives, such the West Midlands Combined Authority’s efforts to ensure a major battery production plant comes to the region.

Indeed, a recent report from MHA MacIntyre Hudson showed that Midlands manufacturing continues to show resilience – and yet challenges remain.

At our West Midlands Manufacturing Outlook networking lunch, we’ll examine how SMEs in the supply chain of the manufacturing giants will cope with Brexit, whether enough is being done to ensure the next generation has the skills to drive the sector forward and whether the infrastructure and financial backing is placed so that manufacturers in the region will be able to take advantage of the 4.0 revolution.

Panelists include:

  • Adam Cunningham, CEO of Muller Holdings and chairman of the Manufacturing Assembly Network
  • Rowan Crozier, CEO of Brandauer
  • Chris Barlow, MHA MacIntrye Hudson

Plus more to be announced

If you have a stake in the West Midlands manufacturing sector, you can’t afford to miss this exclusive event.
