Property Appointments: Hammonds, Jones Lang LaSalle, UK Regeneration

LAW firm Hammonds is boosting its construction team in Birmingham with the appointment of a new partner.
Simon Bradley has joined the firm from Clarke Willmott, also in Birmingham, where he was a partner within the construction team.
He is a contentious and non-contentious construction specialist who has acted on multi-million pound disputes and projects for a mix of blue chip contractors and clients both in the UK and abroad.
His expertise lies in the energy and utilities and health and social care sectors, advising on major infrastructure projects, such as the construction of hospitals, sports stadia and energy plants.
Head of Hammonds’ Birmingham office Nick Green said: “Simon is an experienced and ambitious construction partner and we are delighted to be able to bring him to the firm.
“We believe that there is real synergy between Simon’s experience and sector focus and that of our existing team which will make him a real asset in helping us to develop our practice.”

REAL estate services company Jones Lang LaSalle has appointed new graduate David Hunt Cuadrado to its Birmingham office.
Mr Hunt Cuadrado graduated from Birmingham City University last year where he studied real estate management.
He will undertake three placements during his training period with the firm and is currently working in property and asset management team.

JACKIE Sadek will be the new chief executive UK Regeneration, the body formed after the British Urban Regeneration Association went into voluntary liquidation in August.
Formerly chair of BURA, she is currently head of regeneration with real estate advisor CB Richard Ellis.
She commences her new role at the start of next month.
