Cobbetts real estate team recognised for growth

THE real estate team at law firm Cobbetts has been recognised with an industry award following a year of growth.

The firm has been voted one of the top two real estate practices in the country in the 2010 Legal Week Client Satisfaction Survey.

Firms were assessed and ranked by individual practice area, with Cobbetts the only national firm to make the top five.

The survey, conducted in October and November 2010, questioned senior legal and management personnel within FTSE companies and those listed on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM), plus larger privately owned businesses and public sector organisations.

The ranking follows a year of growth for Cobbetts, which saw the real estate team advise on a range of transactions for clients including Peel Media Ltd, Magnet, Whitbread and De Vere, as well as numerous local authorities across the UK.
