Financial appointments: Rabjohns, Inksmoor and Baker Tilly

Rabjohns pair step up
RABJOHNS has announced two senior promotions from within its team. Andy Wood is promoted to Partner and Angela Taylor to Director. Mr Wood is the head of the audit function and oversees the audit process on some of the best known companies and organisations in the region, including Morgan Motor Company Ltd., Worcester Warriors and Harris Brushes. Angela Taylor oversees the day to day support for many of Rabjohns clients and manages the audit process on those clients. Her specialist areas include financial forecasting where she works closely with businesses to produce business plans and cashflow forecasts to support applications for finance and for internal management purposes. She also fulfils the role of interim financial controller/director when required. She has been with Rabjohns for six years.
Inksmoor’s new marketing head
WORCESTER-based Inksmoor Credit Management has appointed Gareth Fawke as head of sales and marketing. Gareth, who will be based in the Leeds area, has a track record in the debt recovery and credit management industry, specialising in business development and marketing.
Inksmoor’s director, Sarah Radley said: “Gareth will provide our business with the strategy and skills to continue our growth. I am excited about the dynamic that Gareth will bring to the team and the presence we will now have in the north as well as the rest of the UK.” Mr Fawke will also manage marketing activities throughout the company. Inksmoor is a specialist outsourced credit management provider in the following disciplines; Outsourced credit control, Debt recovery and Lender services.
Gilmore promoted at Baker Tilly
BAKER Tilly Restructuring and Recovery has promoted Rhonda Gilmore to director. Ms Gilmore is based in the firm’s Birmingham office and has more than 20 years’ experience in business recovery, restructuring and corporate finance, specialising in viability reviews for banks/asset based lenders, turnaround and trading assignments. She joined Baker Tilly in 1998 to work on bank appointments, primarily independent business reviews. She is a founder member of Baker Tilly’s Covenant Assessment Services group which was established in 2004. She qualified in Australia in 1985 while working in commerce and held a number of senior financial roles before joining the profession. Guy Mander, restructuring and recovery partner said: “Rhonda’s promotion is well deserved and reflects the exceptional skills she has brought to employer covenant work over many years. She is highly regarded by both clients and advisers and the promotion will enable us to focus on continuing to grow our trustee and corporate client base locally, regionally and nationally.”
