Trio of office deals completed in Solihull

Commercial property agency KWB has completed a trio of office deals in Solihull.

The Birmingham firm’s Office Agency Team has let 3,300 sq ft of office space at Avon House, Stratford Road, Shirley, to Towergate Insurance on a 10-year lease, based on a rent of £18.50psf.

Secondly, Atkins Trustees has taken 3,100 sq ft of office space at Nelson House, Blythe Valley Park (pictured) on a new five-year lease, at a rent of £21.50psf.

In Hockley Heath, Continental UK has taken a new 10-year lease on 3,740 sq ft of office space at 4 Hockley Court, 2401 Stratford Road, based on a rent of £15.50psf.
