Bond Wolfe completes brace of new lettings at West Bromwich office

Kingston House

Bond Wolfe has completed a brace of letting deals at one of its properties in West Bromwich.

The 8,505 sq ft first floor of Kingston House has been taken by Rehability UK Community and Urban Sky Housing. Both have signed a five-year lease.

The lettings follow a significant investment in the office building by landlord Real Estate Investors. The work included a full refurbishment of the first floor of the building.

The six-floor complex, mostly occupied by the National Health Service, is now fully let.

Paul Bassi, chief executive of REI, said: “Bond Wolfe continues to locate quality clients for office space in West Bromwich. The investment in refurbishment has certainly paid off, as has Bond Wolfe’s knowledge of the current market.”

James Mattin, managing partner of Bond Wolfe, said: “This deal represents a significant letting in West Bromwich town centre.

“It further highlights that landlords who are prepared to offer refurbished space to meet tenants’ needs will find good quality occupants even in a tough market.

“We are delighted that we have managed to fully let another building on behalf of clients. A number of the more unloved town centre buildings are undergoing conversion to residential so office availability there is certainly being squeezed.”
