Law firm admitted to AIM with market cap of £103.5m

Law firm Knights, which is headquartered in Newcastle-under-Lyme, had been formally admitted to AIM.
The firm will be boosted by around £30m from its placing on the markets, which it says will be used to pay off debt.
Knight raised £50m from its share issue and has a market capitalisation of £103.5m.

“We are looking forward to life as a listed company and keeping our new shareholders updated with our ongoing growth plans as we seek to build on the positive momentum we have generated in recent years.”
