An expanding business advisory company has launched a hub in Birmingham city centre.

Baldwins has agreed a 10-year lease for the Grade A offices at Bank House on Cherry Street, just off Colmore Row, taking all 4,700 sq ft.

The company, which has moved its insolvency and restructuring office from the Jewellery Quarter to the Colmore Business District, will accommodate around 40 employees in the new office, including business advisers that specialise in corporate finance, tax and forensic accountancy.

Charlotte Fullard, associate director at Lambert Smith Hampton in Birmingham, said: “Bank House is a superb office building in the heart of the city’s financial district, making it the perfect location for such an ambitious company as Baldwins.

“There is significant demand for Grade A offices in Birmingham and supply remains tight, so we’re delighted to have secured this deal for our client.”

Richard Tonks, director at Baldwins, said: “We’re very excited to move into the heart of the Birmingham business district and to an office that will provide us with further opportunity for growth. It will be a hub to provide reactive specialist support to our other offices in the region.”
