11,000 sq ft snapped up at business park

More than 11,000 sq ft of refurbished office space has been acquired at a Coventry business park.

IT business consultants Itelligence Business Solutions has taken 6,744 sq ft on the ground floor of 2M Middlemarch at Middlemarch Business Park.

Meanwhile, a medial charity has signed for 4,772 sq ft in a self-contained office suite over two floors, at building 4M, also on Middlemarch Business Park.

Both offices were acquired on new 10 year leases in deals brokered by KWB.

JLL and Knight Frank acted for the landlord, Bridges Fund Management.
