Pipeworks firm swaps city for town to occupy 20,000 sq ft unit

Pipework Engineering Services Limited, which specialises in the supply of prefabricated carbon and stainless-steel pipework systems, has swapped premises in Birmingham to take over a 20,000 sq ft unit in Dudley.

The large modern industrial unit propertyon Pear Tree Lane offers offices, car parking and easy motorway access and will replace its existing premises at Highgate, Birmingham and complement its 11,000 sq ft manufacturing unit on Hurst Business Park, Brierley Hill.

Over the past 37 years Pipework Engineering Services has become a leading supplier of prefabricated pipework for all commercial and industrial pipework systems.

The prefabricated pipework is manufactured within a purpose built and managed environment, minimising defects and delays through improved quality control.

Maria Nicol, a lawyer in the commercial property team at Higgs and Sons which is headquartered at the Waterfront Business Park in the heart of the Black Country, acted for the firm on the long leasehold purchase.
