Springboard partner Simon Ward said: “We are delighted with the recent completions, demonstrating continuing buoyancy in the mid-market. Delivering strategic sales to overseas and UK acquirors remains a key focus and this has been a real feature over recent months.

“We have been privileged to work with some great clients and to identify buyers for and then execute some fantastic deals. Springboard remains as committed as ever to providing advice on both the buy and sell side of deals and we are pleased to have helped JB Kind as well as a number of our longstanding private equity clients. Our pipeline is strong and we remain positive on the outlook for the market.”
