Curium Solutions announces a trio of new hires

The company has revealed that Stephen Lee, Olivia Levanen and Piers Lyon have joined the business transformation company.

Curium director and co-founder Andy Dawson said: “We are delighted that Stephen, Olivia and Piers have joined the team. They bring different experiences and perspectives to help us challenge our own thinking and develop new ideas to improve our offering.

“Businesses are investing in core programmes as well are their people and by growing our team we well placed to meet those needs.”

Lee has joined Curium as a principal consultant, with a background in delivering large and complex change programmes, most recently across the retail and financial services sectors.

“Having worked alongside some of the senior Curium team in a recent client engagement, I knew that the company culture and values was a perfect match to my own and that living and breathing those values was an essential part of the Curium company DNA,” said Lee.

Levanen has joined the Performance Solutions team to support the delivery of Curium’s customer leadership programmes, having previously worked in the recruitment and HR sectors.

She said: “I think it’s a really exciting time to join Curium, being part of this growing and innovative company, whilst supporting the launch of our new Leadership offering.”

Lyon joins the team as a digital consultant, an expert in delivering customer centric technology programmes and he will be instrumental in developing innovative technical solutions to support Curium – especially its Voyage Leadership programme.

“I joined Curium at a pivotal moment in the development of our platform development, which will bring something new and innovative to the L&D arena, which is hugely exciting,” said Lyon.

Dawson added: “As a people first business, we see real growth opportunities heading into 2020, and we continue to invest in both our team and a new range of services. We’re really excited to be exhibiting at The World of Learning event at the NEC on 15th/16th October, where we will be exhibiting our Voyage Leadership programme.”
