Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Ned Jones to head its capital markets team in Birmingham.
He joins the firm as a partner from the Birmingham office of Savills where he spent seven years in its investment team specialising in the acquisition and disposal of commercial investments across the Midlands.
Prior to that he spent 12 years at DTZ before its merger with Cushman & Wakefield.
