New chief exec at Catesby Estates as long-standing boss steps down

Myron Osborne

Paul Brocklehurst has stepped down as chief executive of Catesby Estates, the Warwick land promotion firm.

Brocklehurst spent a total of 15 years at Catesby, building the business and team which was acquired by Urban&Civic in 2015.

He will remain chairman of the Land Promoters and Developers Federation (LPDF) in an independent capacity.

Myron Osborne, who has been with Catesby for eight years, succeeds Brocklehurst and has been appointed chief executive with immediate effect. David Morris is promoted to planning and operations director.

Osborne said: “We wish Paul all the best for the future and no doubt we will continue to see a lot of him through his role with the LPDF.

“I am delighted to accept the role of chief executive of Catesby and look forward to leading the team during the next phase of Catesby’s journey as we continue to expand our land portfolio further.”
